Hawk Hieroglyph

The Hawk is a high-altitude bird whose command over the skies is well known in many countries throughout ages.  It has been used to symbolize spirituality, in the same way the eagle has been used.

Horus is an intelligent principle found deep within our psyche.  Legends say that Horus is the son of Osiris (the Father in its three aspects) and Isis, both which are brothers and sons of another spiritual source.  Osiris, the Eternal Universal Masculine Principle, and Isis, the Eternal Universal Feminine Principle, join in harmony and conciliation to give rise to Horus, our own Divine Spiritual Being.

Horus is represented above as a Hawk.
